PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

People under the age of 18 are allowed to browse our site, however, they are forbidden from making purchases or participating in any other service that involves the collection of personal information. This policy is designed to protect the privacy of children. We encourage parents to talk to their children about their use of the Internet and the information they disclose to Websites. If we become aware that you are under the age of 18 and have entered personal information, Bidaya will delete your information from our records.
Your California Privacy Rights

Bidaya is committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests. Bidaya does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 and Bidaya does not target its websites to children under 13. The United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act went into effect on April 21st, 2000. In order to comply with that law, Bidaya will not knowingly process any data that was submitted to us by a visitor who is under 13 years of age.
